🔥 Pitta: The Energy of Transformation
Elements: Fire & Water
Qualities: Hot, sharp, intense, and focused
When in balance:
Pitta types are passionate, intelligent, driven, and natural leaders. They have strong digestion and sharp minds.
When out of balance:
They may become irritable, impatient, prone to overheating, or experience skin rashes and inflammation.
Supportive tips: Stay cool, eat calming foods, and make time to relax and unwind.
🌀 Vata: The Energy of Movement
Elements: Air & Space
Qualities: Light, dry, cold, quick, and changeable
When in balance:
Vata types are creative, lively, energetic, and full of ideas. They tend to be enthusiastic, flexible, and quick to adapt.
When out of balance:
They may experience anxiety, restlessness, dry skin, digestive issues, and trouble sleeping.

Qualities: Heavy, slow, steady, smooth, and nurturing
When in balance:
Kapha types are calm, kind, loyal, and physically strong. They are naturally grounded and nurturing.
When out of balance:
They may feel sluggish, gain weight easily, resist change, or feel emotionally stuck.

Not Just One
Everyone has all three doshas, but usually one or two are more dominant. Recognizing your unique blend helps you make choices that keep you in harmony; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
